Review on ๐Ÿงผ Powerful Cleaning with Bar Keepers Friend: 12-Oz Cleanser and Polish, 2-Pack! by Tony Fuchs

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Excellent detergent for Le Creuset and stainless steel dishes! Incredibly overpriced Revain!

I bought Bar Keeper's Friend Cleanser primarily to polish the precious enamel on the inside of my Le Creuset cast iron French Dutch Oven and dust. I needed a cleaner that didn't contain bleach but was powerful enough to clean without damaging or scratching the enamel surface. The bartender's friend did a great job for this. Here's how I used it: 1. Soak a Le Creuset Dutch Oven or Dust in warm water (if needed)2. Using a non-metallic washcloth or sponge such as Scotch Brite Non Scrub Sponges, wash the pot in warm, soapy water3. If burnt bits have not come off, or you just want to polish the inside of the pot, use a teaspoon of Bar Keepers Friend powder cleaner mixed with a little warm water and wipe with a non-steel cotton pad. 4. Rinse with warm water until water runs clear. I've also used the Bar Keepers Friend Cleanser to remove stains and deposits on a stainless steel kettle, to clean and polish stainless steel cookware, and to clean and polish a stainless steel kitchen sink. I've also used it to clean my expensive stainless steel gas range cooktop (the areas next to the burners) and it did a great job removing dirt and mineral buildup from all of those items. I haven't used it in the bathroom so I can't comment on that. Efficiency here but works great for enamel and stainless steel work and I highly recommend it. I would also recommend not buying this item directly from Revain or any of its resellers as it is clearly overpriced. I paid $12.48 for two 12 ounce cans direct from Revain but later found them at Target. I ended up buying a 21 ounce can at Target for $1.39 and it wasn't even on sale! The product itself is rated 5/5! Class A+
