I recently received an iPad mini 4 for the holidays. We can't afford to buy them more than once, so of course you have to protect them. I found this case attractive because it reminded me of the folders I used as a kid. I also liked that because of the looks, it's possible that people don't immediately think of valuable electronics and try to steal them. After receiving it and looking at it, it does just that. If you don't pick it up and feel the weight, you are being fooled. I've shown it to several family members and they feel the same way. The only thing I would have liked was a strip to keep it closed, but instead it has a magnet that looks like a licensed Apply product. It's not bad, just personal preference. My eldest had a stripe and I got used to it, now I'm getting used to this one. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because I feel the bridge is a bit weak and my problem will continue. But only time will tell. In general I am satisfied with the product so far. Update: February 2020 After 4 years it finally started to fall apart. So I got another one. I mean 4 years of use and it just started falling apart. Very happy with the product, hope the next one will last just as long.
