Review on PH8A Extra Guard Passenger Filter by Dave Wolf

I've been using Fram filters for over 30 years and have never had a problem with them working. Never had a leak and every time after 3000-5000 miles my oil still looks so clear (translucent). In fact, the key to keeping the oil and engine clean is to change the oil regularly. i have two cars One from 1996 with 180,000 miles and the other from 1964 with over 300,000 miles. None of them burn oil between changes and continue to run smoothly. I've tried synthetic oils and a few "high performance" filters with no improvement. . I prefer Castrol brand oil. Okay, there are probably cheaper filters out there that will work just as well, especially after my strict maintenance schedule, but after all these years of using Fram filters I'm just feeling confident.
