I'll start by saying I'm not one to write reviews BUT this router is definitely worth it. First of all, my Wi-Fi was instantly twice as fast, and as soon as I plugged in my Cati8 ethernet cables, my internet speed was three times faster than with my modem. My friend has a PS4 and lag was a big issue for him until we got this router and connected it to the PS4 via ethernet. He hasn't complained about lag since we got the router, which was just over a month ago. I work from home and study at an online school and I have to say that I have had no problems with this router. It doesn't crash or buffer. I was initially hesitant because of the price, but trust me when I say it's absolutely worth the money - it's the absolute best. Give it a try and say thank you :)
