Review on πŸ‡ Convenient and Spacious: Discover the Midwest Wabbitat Folding Rabbit Cage by Paul Massey

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Not for all rabbits.

I really wish I would like this cage but my poor rabbit hates it. The great thing about it is that it's easy to assemble and transport, I like that it folds up and stores easily. The tray that slides out at the bottom is nice, but be careful what linens you use. I tried to pull it out and the bedding was very bulky so when pulling it out it could snag on the cage and create more clutter. The construction is pretty solid. What I like least is the wire mesh floor. It's just not as easy on my rabbit feet as advertised. He looked like he was in pain walking on it and he almost didn't want to move in at all. I had to take it out completely, which totally defeats the purpose because of the ease of cleaning and the prevention of walking/lying in its litter. I don't want to throw everything away and will buy other bedding but I'm a bit disappointed. Some of the photos in the reviews show people putting towels in and maybe a good mat to lay out on the net would help but once again that kind of thing would defeat the purpose of opening it in the first place. It's not a bad product but I would recommend having additional items and just being aware of your rabbit's size and needs.
