I wasn't sure about the quality of the 17 gallon tank at this price point but when i got it, impressed. It's definitely worth the price as as a welder I inspected the welds and tested the tank at 4psi. The welds are pretty good and no pinholes, the only two issues I have with this tank are the gauges and the lack of mounting feet. It was listed as 17 US gallons, but when measured accurately, the tank holds exactly 15.20 US gallons. Those two things aside, it's actually cheaper to buy this tank than to build it.
