After searching the internet for a solution to make my own set of fans for my office network equipment, switching, modem and VivoPC pack, tucked away in a nice little closet that was getting too hot. I was so happy I found this T9 setup. This is a really well built product, not cheap in terms of hardware or aesthetics. Easy to install as it comes with cut out guides which are very large. No wiring problems, USB and power straight away. There's also a useful sticker mount for the temp sensor (haven't used it yet as I'm still deciding where to run all the wiring). In operation it works very well on Auto/Smart and at one clock speed it whispers quietly and you don't see it (I'm sitting about 2.5 meters from the cabinet. On the other hand, I'm just waiting for noise isolation. It kept the temperature settings and mode when I cycled the unit which is nice.Just a disappointment about the quality of the packaging (so if you're reading Bernard M), the T9 fan array comes with 4 extra screws for wood, and according to the manual the fan controller was also supposed to come with four wood screws but both of my T9 boxes for the fan controller block were missing those.Had to use nuts and bolts which were fine but the inside of the case looks a bit ugly.Overall this is a great product that serves its purpose!
