The phone does not freeze.
Handset too light to press on-hook buttons. You can push it down to hang up and the buttons literally push the phone up and open the dial tone again. The phone jacks are under the phone, not on the side. The phone doesn't sit very well on a flat surface, the cord sticks out from under it. This phone needs to be redesigned, the handset needs to be heavier or the end button spring needs to be lighter.
