The second day they put a protective film on the screen, I put the phone in my pocket along with the keys and got a scratch. A little disappointed with it but better protection than my screen. I didn't watch the video before installing and I encountered a small problem, but it was my fault for not being able to clear the screen properly. I have a OnePlus 8t with a case. The case has a protrusion that extends beyond the screen surface. The protection leaves a gap of about 1mm on the open screen, but that also keeps my case from getting in the way.
