I like that we can use it to manage all aspects from finance reporting through billing services for both in house as well outsource providers alike allowing us greater control over client information at an affordable cost while maintaining HIPAA compliance requirements! The software is so easy once you get used but there are some things which could be improved such as creating new reports or adding more fields into existing ones would help make this even better than what they already provide!! Great tool if your looking just one thing - billings management system (BMS) then look no further because everything else will come together nicely too when using RSYS HCS.
