Everything worked fine when I first bought it. However, after the first charge, I had to hold down the power button to reset the device. I thought it would work fine until I was in the middle of a bike ride in downtown Philadelphia and noticed my left turn signal and tail light were blinking. I tried turning it off with the remote but it keeps flashing. I turned the unit off and then back on and when I rotated the taillight to flash, the left turn signal flashed as well. I would return it but in order to properly mount it on the back of a bike seat I had to remove part of the bracket to allow it to fit snugly in the seat. piece of trash
