I just can't get the thing to work. I would like to keep it as it is a hassle to return it. Directions are terrible. The only thing I understand is the battery in the keypad. I charged it, you press the button on the back and it flashes brightly, but nothing after that! A small light comes on and you have to press the button on the back to turn it off.

It is bright enough for cars on the road to see it well. The mount locks it in place very well as it hasn't bounced and been on rough terrain. The battery is outstanding. I charge it every 2 or 3 days (after more than 3 hours of use) and it hasn't died on me yet. It's cheaper than most bulbs here, but just as effective. Serves its purpose and am very happy with this purchase.

I added this to a power chair that was being used on the road by an elderly and very stubborn relative (ugh!). I was able to install it using the material that came with the unit. This is only good if you superglue the device to the attachment point. It's designed to slide off, so you'll have to go back to find it every time you hit a bump in the road. Everything worked fine when I first bought it. However, after the first charge, I had to hold down the power button to reset the device. I thought it would work fine until I was in the middle of a bike ride in downtown Philadelphia and noticed my left turn signal and tail light were blinking. The manufacturer needs to change the bracket. Just clip the cloth around the elastic and it snaps as soon as you put it on!
