When I first received the box, it seemed quite small to me. I opened it and it was packaged very well. I charged it later that night for the first test. I was REALLY impressed. Now I wanted it for my 4 person hot tub. I was hoping to turn the music down so as not to disturb the neighbors. PERFECT! While in the bath (resting) I could hear the music at a volume I liked. When I got out of the bath I walked about 4 or 5 steps and thought it had turned off. It was on and still at the same level as when I left. SO COOL! The placement of the speakers made the music reverberate in the tub, but it didn't, the sound didn't spread further. PERFECT. but now testing in the pool. I put it on our big pool. Didn't hear them play from the jacuzzi, but the night lights really impressed me. About jumping in the pool - MAGIC music. Somehow the speakers keep it just above the water level, moving the music across the surface without radiating it. .SO. if you need personal ringtones - this is your baby! For a pool party, probably not. In addition, thanks to the lighting, it filled the bathroom perfectly. and about HALF the pool in decent color. For a party I would like 2 or even 3 just for the cool light effects. Overall it worked BETTER than expected. That? LOLI recommends this.
