Review on Alpha Grillers Stainless Steel Garlic Press: Rust-Proof, Easy-Squeeze Mincer 🧄 with Silicone Roller Peeler - Dishwasher Safe & Easy to Clean by Doug Powell

I bought this to juice ginger root which is very tough and fibrous so wasn't sure if it would work. Works like clockwork! From the first opening of the packaging to the final cleaning of the residue, what I particularly liked about this "garlic" press: 1) It is well packaged - beautiful and practical at the same time. 2) quality materials. Not only is the press well designed and built - it is very strong - but the moving parts are easy to move. 3) It has great leverage and it works! I'm pretty strong, but my hands are a bit arthritic, so I can't muster the strength of a farrier to do the job, especially with something as stubborn as ginger root. The ginger root squeezed out the juice with all its might. A little surprised, a little surprised and very pleased. 4) Then comes cleaning, which is usually a big problem for these things, especially when ginger root fibers are stuck in small holes. It took a bit to apply, but after rinsing and using the small brush that came with it, the press cleaned up nicely. HOORAY! I love it when everything works!
