The card is great and cut my 20min 4k 60fps time by about 50% compared to my FE 1080TI. I'm very happy with this card, but even happier I jumped on it before people scratched their heads and started pumping up the prices. $2,700 is ridiculous for a $1,800 card. I paid $2100 and agreed to pay the premium because I have a YouTube gaming channel and that was actual business expenses. But I would never pay these prices if I only took this card to play. Again, this card is pretty damn stellar, but your situation will determine whether or not it's worth paying today's insane prices.
