Easy to put together and to take apart.
I actually put this together in my living room. It looked silly, but it worked. It took me about 15 minutes from box to full hammock. It would have been quicker and easier with 2 people but it really wasn't difficult. It was also easy to separate it into 2 parts to take it outside and reassemble it. Very sturdy I'm very pleased.
