User Friendly Terminal Management Software
U&T is a very user friendly terminal management software. It has a very intuitive interface and the best part is the support. The support team is very quick to respond and helpful. I had a problem with the software and had to use U&T for almost a week to get back to the help desk. The help desk was never able to fix my issue. The only option was to close the ticket and create another one. This is the only issue I have with this software. I would suggest everyone to use U&T it is very user friendly and has a help desk support that is very quick to respond. It has helped me manage my terminal very well. It has also helped me create a more efficient work flow for my terminal.
