Bought as a present for my daughter. Her birthday was 4 months away. When the pot arrived, I wrapped it up and put it in the closet. Fast forward - today she opened her present and the ending is broken. The box is not big enough to hold enough space and padding. The box is seriously only 1/4 inch larger on each side. Here is my problem, the listing says the return has expired :( I want to return this for a replacement not a refund. Please help.
