Fast forward - today she opened her present and the ending is broken. The box is not big enough to hold enough space and padding. The box is seriously only 1/4 inch larger on each side. I bought this pretty casserole dish to showcase my favorite baking recipes like blueberry cobbler and cornbread. The first time I used it, the cornbread wasn't done in the middle no matter how many times I put it back in the oven. The second time I baked cod fillets for 25 minutes at 375 degrees on the middle shelf and when I opened the oven door the dish was neatly split down the middle (although the fillet was still whole).
