I bought this pretty casserole dish to showcase my favorite baking recipes like blueberry cobbler and cornbread. The first time I used it, the cornbread wasn't done in the middle no matter how many times I put it back in the oven. The second time I baked cod fillets for 25 minutes at 375 degrees on the middle shelf and when I opened the oven door the dish was neatly split down the middle (although the fillet was still whole). Given CorningWare's reputation, I was very surprised. I have to say the customer service I received from the supplier was outstanding. All I had to do was send them a photo of the broken plate and they promptly refunded the purchase price.
