I like how easy it is to set up appointments, schedule patients, and track billing for my clinic. The ability to have patient notes in one place makes patient care much easier than having them spread out among several different files. It's not always intuitive - sometimes you have to click through a few screens before you realize what you're supposed to do next! I wish there was more integration with other software products we use at our clinic. We also wish that the interface could be made more user friendly. We use the program to keep track of patient appointments, scheduling, billing, and insurance claims. I like how easy it is for my staff members when they need an update or correction from me! It helps us stay organized so we don't get lost in paperwork all day everyday!! Nothing at this moment but if you are looking into something simple then use them because there's more features coming out soon which would be great. We can easily organize our files by patient type such appointments reminders etc..
