Bent screw in fuel system
I bent a screw trying to remove the injector. Then I couldn't pull out either the tool or the injector. That's a great idea, but it doesn't work as well as the puller I had to buy to pull the puller off after the bolt was bent and stuck. I would spend more money for a quality tool. Matco makes the best pullers. Matco Tools part number: MST163 worked properly on all nozzles. Worth the money in my opinion.
- Recommendation. To reduce the risk of damage and to make disassembly easier, soak the nozzle in penetrating oil the day before disassembly.
