Positive comments: Perfect fit for Raspberry Pi 4. Included with fan. I don't think the heatsinks are suitable for the Raspberry Pi 4 as there are no chips on the underside of the board where flat copper heatsinks are normally placed. Photo of how I placed the radiators based on their physical dimensions. Since the fan assembly is directly above the processor, I think a flat copper heatsink would work well with the processor. In addition, the CPU chip is located slightly higher than the memory chip, which can cause gap problems between the heatsink and the fan. An elevated, properly sized aluminum heatsink has been provided. Pin 6 on the GPIO is common (black wire). Both pins 2 and 4 are 5V outputs, so one of the two must be working to power the fan.
