I love working with polymer clay and using mica powder for colour. I use black clay because it shows the pigments best. If using them in color, use black gesso or paper as a base for more intense color. Insects, bugs, flies and dragonflies are my favorite models to sculpt and the mica powder really makes the finished product more realistic. I love having so many color options. , additives in colors for acrylic or watercolor. It really opens up the possibilities when it comes to bringing your ideas to life. These mica can really help in drawing tropical fish or reef, flowers and amazing pictures. A little mica goes a long way, and sometimes less is more. This is great value for money.
