I bought for a 3-room apartment, a house of the P-44 series, to replace WiFi from an MGTS router, hung it on the ceiling in the corridor in the center of the apartment and hoped that it would close the entire apartment, but the hopes did not come true. In the rooms next to the corridor (through one reinforced concrete wall), an average of 40 Mbps is even more or less enough, then in a room or kitchen, through the 2nd reinforced concrete walls, the signal drops to 70dBm and the speed to 0.8 Mbps. I also considered the disadvantages that if Mesh is needed, then only one such point is connected by cable, the rest via Wifi and must go in repeater mode, in this mode it will not be possible to connect other devices with a cable or network segment to repeater points. I realized for myself that I would have to buy a second same access point so that the signal of a normal level was throughout the apartment, in my case it would be more profitable to take routers from another brand (spun off from this one) with Mesh support. In terms of price-quality ratio, I can't recommend it.
