I wanted a basic Blu-ray player that I could use if I decide against buying a Smart TV. I haven't used Netflix or anything other than a basic Blu-Ray or DVD. However, what annoys me the most is how long it takes for the drive bay to open. Even with nothing in the slot, it takes a decent minute to open and close. Very disappointed with Philips product.
