For the price this material is perfect for an apartment or townhouse or to hide an ugly look in your home. In fact, in my own home I'd probably find a way to etch or frost the glass for a permanent solution, but it's perfect and stylish if you take the time to rule it out with a ruler (a T-square or around this keeping edges straight while your walls and windows are straight). It perfectly blocked the view of the trash can in the townhouse complex, adhered well, was thick and easy to handle, easy to cut, and let in plenty of light once installed. BONUS: The owner installed a fresh Windows right after the install and removed it neatly for me, and I was like, ok, let's try a clean install. I didn't lose my money after buying new windows! Highly recommended for the price range.
