A dead coil out of the box
five out of six not bad but needed all six cylinders to fire. The return was easy. But I assumed it was ok and since it's hard to tell if it's sparking with a solid coil pack I assumed it was the fuel injector! No, it was actually a coil. I literally pulled it out completely and put in some spark plugs to have a look. And sure enough, #3 was dead. Stupid long story, but I went ahead and bought a standard Oreilly store set for twice the price.
