Review on ⚡️ AC-DC TRMS Fluke 325 Clamp Multimeter by Kyle Costello

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Ideal for professional electricians for testing and troubleshooting

Still works after 3 years of use and mishandling. The only thing I had to change was the test leads. I highly recommend switching to silicone insulation, especially if used or stored in cold conditions. Non-silicone lines will crack over time. The backlit display is very important to me as I work a lot in dark and dirty environments. This bad boy was value for money compared to the cheaper 323. For a professional who takes pride in their work, you should definitely go for the best model. The min-max function is useful for troubleshooting circuits and checking inrush current. Often, after turning on the circuit, due to the starting of the motor load, the current is high for a very short time, since I cannot be in two places at the same time, I press the MIN-MAX button. When you come back, you can scroll the button and it will show you the minimum reading, the maximum reading, and the current reading.

Pros
  • Temperature and capacitance measurement
Cons
  • Obsolete model
