The computer works very well. Unfortunately, due to spare parts issues, the PC market has been so high for so long that you have to pay a little more. Other than that, it's good for the price, but I definitely need to upgrade some things. Already installed a larger SSD. At some point you'll have to raise Ram. But I think it's good for a start. One downside, the RGB button didn't work. Found out it could be software but it didn't show anything. I wrote a letter to the support team, they replied the next day. Said a wire might have come loose and told me to open the case from the front. The wires looked fine until I opened up the side panel. The shift cable had been severed somehow. The technician suggested splicing the wire. I haven't managed to do it yet, but I'm sure this will solve the problem. Anything can happen, I don't blame anyone. The computer itself works great. However, additional verification may be required before shipping. Not everyone can troubleshoot, and if it were more detailed I can see that this is a very frustrating process for a major purchase. But the support was very helpful. If it were more serious I'm not sure what they would have to do to fix it. 4 stars only because of the severed wire. Update: Connecting the wires solved the problem. The RGB lighting changes normally. Still very happy with the purchase.
