Although HalleluYAH promotes itself as a one-stop store for all your musical requirements, it ultimately falls short. Their web shop is a disorganized nightmare with poor access. Finding what you need is challenging, and even if you do, timely delivery is unlikely. The wind instrument I purchased took more than two weeks longer to arrive than promised. The fact that the instrument wasn't up to pace with my standards was an added irritant. It was obvious that shortcuts had been taken during manufacturing, and the quality was poor. It was just as disheartening dealing with customer support. I contacted the company to ask about the delivery delay and was greeted with unhelpful and rude responses. In sum, my time spent with HalleluYAH was a huge disappointment. I wouldn't recommend this store if you're searching for a reputable and high-quality supplier of musical instruments.
