This is a fairly large mission with around 150 residents participating in various programs at any one time and we have an open kitchen to feed non-residents. That's a lot of people and our little kitchen works hard for us. The pots fit perfectly on our steam table as if they were made for it. It's really helpful to have extra pots so you can prep food and replace as needed. I ran my hands over both pans and found no sharp edges or rough edges. The metal used is of good thickness and strong enough. When we checked how they were used, they didn't give or bend when full of food. Very good quality and we are very happy with it.
