For a construction made of aerated or low-density concrete, which seems to be rare in the US, these anchors were the only thing I could find that would actually hold anything to the wall, and they do. If you don't know what Aircrete is, it's basically concrete blocks, but instead of sand or stone, they use styrofoam balls as aggregate. It's surprisingly quiet, well insulated and structurally stunning. What's not great is attaching items to the walls, like paintings or other things you want to attach, like a towel rail. They unscrew back from the screws you put in and that's why you need them for something that really sticks forever, amazing so I've ordered 2 more boxes.
