When I contacted the dealer for an exchange he wanted me to send it back to him so he could probably fix it and sell it to some other jerk haha. 1 year swap sounds good until you consider that you have to pay for return postage and then send a stamped label to have your next disappointment mailed back to you. If I went that route it would cost $70 and I would still be running the hotspot. C-Link will sell you one for $100 with a better warranty. You get what you pay for.
