I bought this system to replace an old system that was probably installed when the house was built in the mid 1970's. I had a few questions about the installation and this company went out of their way to ensure I had accurate information. My husband was able to install the unit very quickly using the instructions personally provided by Nadair. The device is much smaller but much more powerful than the old device. And much quieter! I would never have been able to vacuum if my husband used to work in the garage because the noise from the old machine was deafening. Great purchase and great service!
