I will say that the tension will loosen it, so if I do a lot of manual work, how to fasten a sheet on a couch, I take it off so it doesn't hang out. The watch is very easy to put on and take off. The only downside for me is that I can't just put it on the charger as the bracelet is a long connected piece, I have to move the charger to the watch. Not a huge difference but I used to keep the charger on my desk and it doesn't work with this type of strap. Just a very minor annoyance that I've gotten used to by now.
