These are very high quality and accurate rulers. 6 inches is slightly smaller. I checked the accuracy with a good digital caliper. The 12" and 15" were as accurate as 0.05mm I could get. This counted as zero for both the scale itself and the use of the flat end of the ruler. The engraving was wonderful. Everything has been engraved, all lines, words and numbers on both sides (the rulers are different - some things are engraved, others are just drawn, which is quickly erased). 12" and 15" are 0.9mm thick (slightly flexible), 6" are 0.82mm thick. Millimeter and inch zeros start at the same end, which I really like. Thin scale markers give many options for Selection. for fine detail, although for smaller scales a ruler is probably the wrong tool. The 6" ruler markings are inherently accurate BUT using the end of the ruler as a zero will deviate by 0.5mm. 12 and 15 The 6" is 28.2mm wide. The 6" is 19.4mm wide and more flexible. The edges are very clean and cut straight on everything but the zero end of the 6" screen. Overall excellent and impressive quality. $11 Price comparable to rulers 5 times more expensive.
