Good for the price: Rulers

Check accuracy on arrival if you need them for precision work. I bought to have some cheap woodworking rulers. On my first order the 6" and 12" at the start of the ruler were about 1/64th of the length but all the graduations were accurate so I just rubbed them against the diamond stone to remove the material. 15 inches was too short. I ordered a second set and the 15" was good in this set but the 12" was bad in this set. I kept the good ones and sent the bad ones back. Others may not be as…

Accuracy, Etch, Thickness Check

These are very high quality and accurate rulers. 6 inches is slightly smaller. I checked the accuracy with a good digital caliper. The 12" and 15" were as accurate as 0.05mm I could get. This counted as zero for both the scale itself and the use of the flat end of the ruler. The engraving was wonderful. Everything has been engraved, all lines, words and numbers on both sides (the rulers are different - some things are engraved, others are just drawn, which is quickly erased). 12" and 15" are…

Fairly good but slightly scratched and a little rough

Bought looking for durable rulers for the garden and home workshop. They arrived quickly and seem to be quite well thought out, comparing to twice the thickness of the 12 inch cork lined stainless steel Wescott line that I also purchased for this exercise. The marks seem to be well recessed and filled with black paint and I can't scratch them. from the nail.
