I like that this is an all-inclusive system for restaurants of any size; you can have it tailored specifically towards your needs or go with what they offer out of the box. It's not very user friendly (it took me more than 2 hours just trying to figure everything out), but once you get used to how things work there isn't much else in terms of problems. If you're looking at different systems then make sure you know exactly who will be using them before going forward as some features are only available when someone from outside uses it. The biggest problem we had was keeping track of inventory because our staff wasn't always accurate about reporting changes. This has been resolved by implementing RFID tags into each item so now everyone knows where items were last time checked which helps us keep better tabs on stock levels.
