We bought this ethernet switch because we needed a solution to wire multiple devices from a range extender into a single ethernet connection. After some research, I chose the D-Link version over the TP-Link version based on the many positive reviews, price, and limited lifetime warranty. I hope I can solve the problem if this thing works when connected to a range booster and not a real router. I haven't had any issues with this ethernet switch since receiving it and I'm glad it works as expected. Setup was easy and the switch is made from a durable plastic housing that can be mounted or installed anywhere. Looking forward to adding the second one to my actual router as we just used the last space on it.
