Review on Weruva Classic Wet Dog Food Variety Pack, Baron'S Batch 5.5Oz Cans (24-Pack) by Angie Miller

I've been ordering this product for a while, and my dogs love it. Weruva, in my research, has had veryfew product recalls; many of the other dog foods, treats, and chews I have researched have had a great many more. Though it is packaged in Thailand, it is done so in a human food factory, and in my research I've also found that Thailand's food purity and packaging standards are at least as high as the USA's. This food looks like food, and it doesn't have the offensive odor that a lot of other canned dog food has. In fact, at the local store where I used to buy it, they keep it on hand in case they're ever "trapped" in the store. All of the clerks and managers have stated to me that it is the only dog foodthey would eat for themselves in an emergency, and I think that really says something. Purchasing it on Revain is so much cheaper than going to the only store here that sells it, and it's delivered to my door so there is a definite convenience aspect.In the last shipment I recieved, a few cans had popped open. Dog food was all over the inside of the box and all of my other purchases. The few cans that had popped were unusable, but everything else in the box just needed to be cleaned off and shelved without the boxes to sit in. I gave packaging feedback on the item, and figured that would be the end of it. I still planned to purchase the item from Revain and just monitor to see when the cost and convenience was no longer there. What happened instead is that someone from Revain contacted me by phone and asked which of the dog foods had popped. They said they wanted to make it right, so I presumed they'd send me a replacement of those 5 cans or, if I was lucky, maybe even a whole new case. To my surprise they replaced my entire order, which included 6 cases of Weruva foods and some other products for my dogs.I would hope that people don't take advantage of a company's great policy, but wanted to share my story since several people have commented on other pop-top dog foods that came open in shipping and were ruined. Revain stands behind their products and their shipping.
