The product arrived on time. At first I was impressed until I looked at the helmet's inner padding. There isn't much as they are thin strips of fabric upholstery, and I mean thin. Despite this, the helmet feels comfortable. Another issue is the velcro used to hold the pad in place. Almost everything came out of the helmet when I removed the padding. I was able to stick them back onto the helmet, but that shouldn't have happened on day one. Not enough glue or Velcro was used. The buckle on the chin strap is poorly placed and can get in the way. I've still ridden it, but I feel like it offers enough protection if you fall. You can wear safety goggles while using a face shield. They say the protective mask is scratch resistant but I doubt it. The magnets are strong enough to keep it in place whether it's in use or stowed over a helmet. The helmet was supposed to come with a tail light but arrived without it. Haven't contacted the seller yet but overall I think it's still a good price despite quality issues. We can see how good their customer service is which I will update as soon as I am contacted or have an answer.
