Review on CMTECK ZM330 USB Microphone Speakers: Enhanced 360° Voice Pickup for Efficient Streaming, VoIP Calls, Skype, and Interviews by Monica Hale

I ordered this for a morning conference with our remote team and after 2.5 months we realized that this speaker/mic was part of the problem. I may not use it as intended, but we are very disappointed. We have a remote team that calls daily and we wanted to use a speaker so the local team could hear and speak to them. First we noticed that some users are too loud on the phone while others are incredibly quiet. We would have to ask the first person to mute the sound so we could turn up the second person's volume without worrying about our eardrums exploding from the volume difference. Microphones on the users' call side and on the "home" side with a speaker/microphone. Called today with our old speakerphone and the sound was loud and clear. Unfortunately, that doesn't work for our purposes and I cannot recommend this product.
