It has all our information in one place so we don't have any paper trail or hard copies at home office anymore! We are able to keep track easily with this program as it allows us access from anywhere via internet connection which will be helpful when traveling out-of town (we do travel frequently). The interface can sometimes look confusing if you're not familiar but once learned how easy they make things seem there's no problem using them again later down the road either! My husband had been practicing without an electronic record system prior until he started seeing me use their service - then his mind was blown away by what could possibly happen next!! He realized right off hand just HOW much more effective records would allow him during patient visits/treatment sessions compared to having only pen & handwriting notes kept throughout years past.
