I have a wider foot pedal with heel peg on the Dyna Wide Glide 06 which made it a little difficult to get my toe under the stock shifter peg as it had worn out. on the right side, aligned with where the standard footpad used to be. I installed this replacement with no rush and was able to keep the retractable foot pedal support and now I can slide my foot under almost the entire shift peg. No more skipped transmissions. A plus. The threads on the new widened derailleur pin allow you to roll the locknut, which allows you to leave the pin loose enough to spin freely in case the rotating rubber channels don't spin enough.
