You'd better hope you don't get a "lemon "!

Here is my story with this item. Bought Scraminal in October 2019 for over $75. Worked fantastic. Fixed an issue where one of our cats was peeing on one of our official couches. However, after about 8 months it stopped working properly. It worked sporadically and repeatedly, and there was nothing close by that could be causing it. In the end, the cats didn't care. Because so much time has passed since the product was purchased, the window for Revain to return or replace the product is closed. The device reportedly comes with a 1-year warranty. I have sent an email to the manufacturer. And all I got was a headache. First I get a response from the owner Ted who is basically just lying to me and telling me to call their tech support. Your tech support (spoken to Arnel) seems completely ill equipped to deal with issues of this nature (not to mention they have ZERO human skills). turn it on bla bla bla. Then it should be fixed miraculously, right? Not right. Five minutes after the end of the call, the device starts to fail again. I immediately emailed the owner again and he said they would send me a new unit. Just enter my address. That's exactly what I did. I soon got a call from their incompetent technician Arnel who left me a message asking me to call him so he could give me their address (why this info can't be left in his message I don't know). I call Arnel, wait another 5 minutes and then continue the following conversation with him: Arnel: Erin? I yes? Arnel: Do you have our address? Me: NetArnel: (keeps typing in her address) Me: .and what do I need it for? Arnel: You send us the defective device back. Me: .and who pays for it? Arnel: You. Me: It won't. Arnel: No? Me: I've been mulling that over for far too long. Too much time wasted. Ted said you guys would send me a new pad. I already gave you my address. That's all. Arnel: Okay, I don't think I've ever experienced worse customer service than this. I will update this review IF and WHEN I get a new device from this yahoos.
