Description of 🚫 Amtek Pet Outpost - Safeguarding Restricted Areas from Pets

Scraminal is used for indoor perimeter control. The device uses heat and motion sensors to detect pets as they enter off-limits area. It can detect your pets from afar and effectively covers a 10-FT by 3-FT area. Scraminal can train pets to stay away from dangerous areas like stoves, appliances, balconies, machinery or open entry ways. The loud sound emitted does not harm any pets or children.

Works great as a morning and afternoon alarm

I originally bought this to keep my cats off the counter. I turn it on, forget about it, and then get scared when I walk into a room and it turns off. I found it wakes me up in the morning and gives me a warm fluffy welcome feeling when I come home from work. Unfortunately, my cats have learned to listen for a click when I turn it on, so they just wait for me to turn it off. As soon as I leave the room, they jump onto the counter.

works great for me!

I don't know how my mom bought one of these when I was younger but now that I have my own cat and need to keep her away from things I remembered that it was very good works well and it hasn't let me down. I had trouble keeping my cat off the counter, had to move and adjust her as she tested where she could and couldn't jump on the counter, but I eventually got her off the kitchen table. Of course I had to shoot a video to make sure everything worked. After some perseverance by my cat and I to…

Very loud! Works perfectly!

Only one star off because of the terrible packaging! - I had to use kitchen scissors and a screwdriver, and it took me about 15 minutes to cut the packaging just enough to get the device out. After I disassembled and assembled it, it works great. Keep in mind that there isn't much of a difference between low and high settings - both are very loud. This takes a full 30 seconds, which seems excessive - in fact, 10 seconds would be enough. But overall it works great and my pesky cat doesn't get…

Loud but good

We've moved and after about a month in the new house, my special cat discovered that the opposite wall in our dining room is her new tray. My husband and I have spent so much time shooing them away, blocking them and just being mad at them that we have had enough. I have a can that explodes and blocks the other end of the room, and this one covers the entire floor area. That works great. It even got me a few times hahaha! It's loud enough on both low and high settings to startle the cat, my…

Holy broken eardrum Batman!

As usual I did not read the instructions before switching on. The sound is still ringing in my ears. It pierced me to the core. Okay, I thought, maybe at least this will keep my dog from going where it shouldn't be. So I did a test. I put it in front of the door where my dog comes in and called her. The alarm clock rang, she pricked her ears and walked towards him as if to sniff him. I think it might work for some animals but for some reason my dog is more responsive to text messages coming in…

Works better than I thought!

This item is worth every penny! We have two siamese kittens and nothing has helped to stop them from jumping up and down on the kitchen counter. I tried everything and nothing worked until I found Scraminal. I bought two of these and placed them on opposite ends of the counter. When my kittens first jumped the scrumminal worked (mine was low) and they ran away so fast we laughed! It only took three days to fully train my two kittens. We put them around the tree for Christmas and they didn't…

You'd better hope you don't get a "lemon "!

Here is my story with this item. Bought Scraminal in October 2019 for over $75. Worked fantastic. Fixed an issue where one of our cats was peeing on one of our official couches. However, after about 8 months it stopped working properly. It worked sporadically and repeatedly, and there was nothing close by that could be causing it. In the end, the cats didn't care. Because so much time has passed since the product was purchased, the window for Revain to return or replace the product is closed…

Do yourself a favor... try it first!

I have a very cute but VERY stubborn cat (Rocky, aka "Bastard") who insisted on making a dining room wall HIS personal urinal. I tried EVERYTHING to break it. I've tried (I don't know how many) "miracle" cleaning products, "calming" supplements, expensive cat pheromones, and different toilets in different places. On the advice of my vet, I even tried to put him in "solitary confinement" for a week: a small room with only his food, water and litter box. Well he used a box while he was there but…
