Poor customer service

Installed these nuts on my Cadillac ATS with non-original rims and after removing the wheels a few times to change the headlight bulbs the wrench included in the kit did not fit two of them. Nuts. I contacted the seller and they did not help. I asked if they would send two nuts and they wouldn't. Simply terrible customer service.
