I’ve developed some plantar fasciitis as I’ve gotten older, so I always like to wear insoles in my shoes to provide padding and prevent some pain. The Neenca Professional Plantar Fasciitis Shoe Insoles provide the proper orthotic support that I need. I wear a men’s size 7 shoe, and the size 1 insoles fit perfectly in my shoes without the need for any trimming. (They come with trim lines clearly marked, so I could have trimmed them all the way down to a size 4, if needed.) I am very happy with the Neenca shoe insoles, and would definitely recommend them to others.
