Review on Moen T2471BL Genta LX Posi-Temp Pressure-Balancing Modern Trim Valve Required in Stylish Matte Black by Carlito Tardy

This is not a negative review for Moen, it is for Revain. Revine indicated that I am purchasing a new product. This is not new, it is a returned item that was not clean and poorly packaged. The packaging was returned by someone else and Revain staff never appears to have checked the item for completeness or condition. Individual parts were dirty and dangling in the package. Now I have to decide whether to return (which will delay my renovation plan, which will cost me wasted time) or risk this broken product to be functional and live with. "New" should mean a new product, or at least look the same.
